The short version

What we collect

When you ask for a reading, the app sends to our server: up to three photos of your cup, the first name, birth date, zodiac sign and relationship status you entered, the topics you chose, and your wish (if you wrote one). It may also send short summaries of your earlier readings so the story can continue.

To prevent abuse, the app sends a random device ID that it creates itself (not linked to your Apple ID or name). Our server counts requests per device ID and per IP address to apply daily limits. These counters are deleted automatically after about 48 hours.

How your data is processed

Our server runs on Cloudflare Workers. It forwards your request to Anthropic, which runs the AI model (Claude) that writes your reading. Anthropic processes the data only to return the reading to us. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models; Anthropic automatically deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days; content flagged for a usage-policy violation may be kept longer (up to 2 years) for safety review.

Our server does not save your photos, profile, wish or reading. Short technical error logs (without photos) may be kept by Cloudflare for a few days to fix problems.

What stays on your device

Your profile, your consent choice, the device ID and your reading history (up to 50 readings) are stored only on your phone. You can delete all of it at any time in the app: Me → Delete my data. Deleting the app also removes it.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your card details. We receive only a confirmation that a subscription is active.

Age

Falnaz is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Your rights

Because we do not keep your data on our server, most of it is under your control on your device. For any privacy question or request, including under the Australian Privacy Act, email en9es797@hotmail.com. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
